‘Free Fuel Frenzy’ Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Prize draw winners

The Promoter is The Trade Centre Group PLC, trading as Trade Centre Wales and Trade Centre UK (hereafter referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’). Registered Office:  Euro Centre, Neath Abbey Business Park, Neath Abbey, Neath, SA10 7DR.

How to enter this prize draw:

1. The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom.  All entrants to the prize draw must be aged 18 years or over.

2. To enter, entrants must fully and legibly complete an entry form and post this into the prize draw entry box at one of our stores.  Store locations are listed on our websites: www.thetradecentrewales.co.uk, and  wordpress-531412-2785455.cloudwaysapps.com.

3. The prize draw will run on each of Monday 27^th, Tuesday 28^th and Wednesday 29^th June 2022. Entries must be submitted before the prize draw times noted below to qualify for an individual draw.  Where possible, non-winning entries from earlier draws will be carried forward into later draws at the same store.  All entries received after the final draw at 19:00pm on Wednesday 29^th June are automatically disqualified.

4. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, or not received for whatever reason.

5. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. No purchase is necessary.

Eligibility:

7. Employees and agents of The Trade Centre Group PLC and its associated companies, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are excluded from entry.  Only one entry per person.

8. We will not accept entries that are completed by third parties, are in bulk, illegible, have been reconstructed, forged or are incomplete.

9. We may require you to provide evidence of your eligibility before awarding a prize.

Prizes:

10. There will be 50 winners selected per region, per day, as set out in the following table: 

11. Each winner will receive a £50 fuel gift card, to spend on fuel at any garage which accepts Visa.  Each card will be valid for a period of one year.  The prize is not transferable.

12. Fuel gift cards will be sent to winners by our supplier within 28 days of 29^th June 2022.  We will send fuel gift cards to the address that you provided to us in your prize draw entry only.  Winners will need to log onto the supplier’s portal to activate their fuel gift card before use.  Winners will be advised of the terms and conditions relating to the use of the fuel gift card by our supplier and use of the card will be governed by the same.

Winner Announcement:

13. The winners will be drawn at random from all entries properly submitted immediately prior to the draw times in the table above.

14. Insofar as far as possible, all prize draws will be shown on our social media accounts with winner’s names announced as they are drawn.  We are not liable if it is not possible to show prize draws on our social media, for any reason. 

15. The prize may be withdrawn from the winners outlined above and a new winner drawn if the winner was not eligible to enter the prize draw.

16. A complete list of winner’s names, listed by region, will be published on our websites by midnight on Wednesday 6^th July 2022.

17. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

18. We reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary, including providing a cash alternative.

Limitation of Liability:

19. Neither we, our agents or suppliers will be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of this promotion.  Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection and publicity:

20. By entering this prize draw, you agree that:

a. Any personal information provided by you with your prize draw entry may be held and used by us or our agents and suppliers to administer this prize draw. 

b. If you are a prize draw winner we may use your name, region of residence and participating store to publish on our websites and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.  If you object to any or all of this data being published or made available, please contact us on DPO@ttcg.co.uk.  We will still be able to provide your name and county to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

c. We may store and process your personal information submitted above to provide you with information on our products and services

d. From time to time, we may contact you about our products and services, as well as other content that may be of interest to you.

21. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.  For more information on how to unsubscribe, our privacy practices, and how we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy, please review our Privacy Policy on our websites, listed above.

General:

22. If there is any reason to believe that you have breached these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this prize draw.

23. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so.

24. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
